Sagrika Chugh 44th Lorne Genome Conference 2023

Sagrika Chugh

Sagrika Chugh is a PhD student at the St Vincent’s Institute of Medical Research and University of Melbourne. She works in the the Bioinformatics and Cellular Genomics group supervised by Dr. Davis McCarthy. Her PhD research employs single-cell multi-omics technologies, which combine information from multiple levels of biology to provide important insights into genetic architectures and disease mechanisms. She is developing statistical methods to improve our understanding of how genetic variation affects disease risk by identifying “multi-omic” molecular quantitative trait loci.
